Are they safe to use?

How often should I use foot pads?

Sometimes my pads remain dry. Does this mean they are not working?
The pad has two main purposes, the most important being its relationship to its emission of Far Infrared energy. In creating the pads, one of the goals was to allow the pads to stay dry as long as possible because once they are wet; they cannot emit the Far Infrared energy.
Can I use the pads if I sleep less than 8 hours?
You can apply them before bedtime. It is best to wear them when you are relaxed and off your feet. Ultimately you should wear them while sleeping, because it is easier for your body to release toxins while your body is deeply relaxed. It is ok to walk on the pads, but we recommend removing them upon rising, as they may be moist.
Is there anything that will enhance their effectiveness?

Are they safe to use?

How often should I use foot pads?

Can I use them on only one foot?

If you were detoxifing the liver it would be most beneficial to apply a pad to both feet at the liver point. Can I apply pads to a backache?
Yes, There are two ways other than to the feet that you can apply detox pads. Sometimes my pads remain dry. Does this mean they are not working?
The pad has two main purposes, the most important being its relationship to its emission of Far Infrared energy. This energy stimulates circulation, healing and removal of toxins from various parts of your body. This will stimulate your excretory organs to speed up their function. Those organs include the skin, lungs, kidneys, liver, bowels and bladder. Most of the detoxification that occurs through these regular channels only increases. When the pads do not get completely wet, it does not mean the product is not working, it just means your body is not excreting any excess fluid from the part of the body on which you are wearing them. In creating the pads, one of the goals was to allow the pads to stay dry as long as possible because once they are wet; they cannot emit the Far Infrared energy.
Can I use the pads if I sleep less than 8 hours?
You can apply them before bedtime. It is best to wear them when you are relaxed and off your feet. Ultimately you should wear them while sleeping, because it is easier for your body to release toxins while your body is deeply relaxed. It is ok to walk on the pads, but we recommend removing them upon rising, as they may be moist.
Is there anything that will enhance their effectiveness?
It is wise to wash the site of application, to remove lotions, oils or anything that will block the pores. Soaking your feet in warm water can enhance circulation and aid in opening your pores. You may want to wear socks if your feet get cold. The pads are activated by your body heat and normal skin moisture. Be sure to drink plenty of water and assure good contact between foot and pad.
